Attorney at Law

Michelle Ellsworth Rudderow founded Rudderow Law in 2020 after more than 15 years at Williams & Rudderow in Syracuse, New York. Michelle dedicates her entire practice to the representation of victims and their families who have been harmed by prescription drugs, medical devices, defective products, medical malpractice, car accidents, construction site accidents, and all other types of personal injury claims.

Michelle believes that family comes first. She also has each of her client’s back even during the most difficult times. She advocates tirelessly and is proud to serve them.

For nearly two decades, Michelle has committed herself to fighting for victims and their families and pursues each and every case with fortitude and grit. Michelle prepares her client’s cases with thoughtful strategy, attention to detail, and (most importantly) consistent client participation. Michelle’s clients are kept informed and given candid, practical, and honest advice.

Michelle grew up in the Syracuse area and attended Cicero-North Syracuse. She then attended Boston University (B.A. 2000) where she captained her Division I lacrosse team. After college, Michelle went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law (2004) where she participated on various appellate teams.

Michelle is an active member of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association and previously served on its Board of Directors and as a Co-Chair for its Judicial Screening Committee. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Executive Committee for the New York State Bar Association’s General Practice Section. She has been a member of the Super Lawyers Registry since 2017.
