Michelle Rudderow has recovered nearly $20 million for those injured on construction sites
Construction remains one of the most dangerous jobs in America. That is why legislation has been passed to protect workers on construction sites. Despite this fact, employers, contractors, and property owners will do everything they can to avoid the protections these laws provide to the construction worker.
If work, renovations, or construction is being done on a property, it is the responsibility of a company or building owner to provide the proper safety equipment to protect workers from falls from a height and other injuries. A failure to do so is negligent and the worker likely has a right to recover.
